Meetings

Minutes of full Parish Council meetings are available to download around one month after the meeting takes place (we have to formally approve them at our following meeting before they are published). Agendas are published the Wednesday before a Monday meeting on village noticeboards (located in the Post Office window, next to Victoria Stores, and in the church yard of All Saints Church) and in the Documents section of this website.

The Parish Council usually meets at the Methodist Church Rooms, Dereham Road, at 7 pm, unless otherwise stated.  

Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings but whilst members of the public cannot participate a short period of time is given for members of the public to air their views on matters directly related to the Parish Council.

* We hold the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council in May. This is where we elect our Chairman for the coming year and carry out our usual monthly business

** We also hold the Annual Parish Meeting in May at which we invite speakers to come along. We also hear the Chairman’s report, review of the Parish Council’s finances and have an opportunity to hear from members of the public
